1. Who we are
OF-PRO Intelligence EOOD is an EU-registered intelligence company. We provide OSINT and intelligence services across two tracks: Business Intelligence and Due Diligence (European market) and Threat Intelligence for High-Risk Operations (international).

2. What data we collect and why
We collect only the data you provide directly:
- Enquiry data — name, company, email address, and optional context submitted via the contact form. Used solely to respond to your enquiry and establish engagement fit.
- Engagement data — information about the principal(s) relevant to a contracted engagement. Collected only after a signed engagement agreement.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect anonymized usage statistics — pages visited and approximate session data. No personal identifiers are linked to this data. Google Analytics operates under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on.
All fonts are self-hosted. No third-party font services are loaded. No advertising networks are used.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Enquiry handling — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to a contact request.
- Engagement work — contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or explicit consent where applicable.
4. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless an engagement commences. Engagement reports and associated data are deleted after confirmation of receipt by the client — by design and by policy. We do not maintain archives of client intelligence data.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Contact form submissions are handled server-side and are not passed to third-party processors. No engagement data is shared with any third party under any circumstance.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Security
Contact form submissions are encrypted in transit. Engagement data is handled under strict operational security protocols. We apply the principle of data minimisation throughout: we collect only what is strictly necessary and delete it as soon as the purpose is fulfilled.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the version number and date above. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
